What is a personal data and what is the processing of personal data?
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person is a personal data. So much is to be seen as personal data. This includes not only name and address, but also information about an identifiable person’s finances and recordings in image and sound.

In principle, all that happens with a personal data is treated as processing of personal data. This includes, among other things, retrieval, storage, handling, sharing and deletion. All digital handling is processing and, in some cases, also analogous to that.

Use of the data
The information will only be used for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. The information will not be used on our initiative for automatic decision making or so-called profiling.

Will your personal information be shared with someone else?
We will not forward this personal information to anyone else unless we do so according to constitution / authority decision or to monitor our legal rights.

In case the Life is app hires personal data counselors or personal data subcontractors for processing personal data, such processing will occur on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

Life’s app has the following assistants who process the current personal data for us:
1) IT systems for provisioning and relaying and data storage

With these personal information assistants we have entered into personal data grant agreements.

Where is the personal data processed?
The servers that we or our personal information assistants make your personal data are in the EEA.

What are the risks with the treatment and how are personal data protected?
Are there any risks with the treatment, if so, which? What protective and safety measures are taken for such treatments, for example IT system to protect privacy, privacy and access to personal data?

What rights do you have as registered?
You have the right to request access to, and correction and / or deletion of, your personal data as per applicable personal data law. However, we are entitled to deny a request for erasure if there are legal obligations that preclude such erasure.

Furthermore, you are entitled to request limitation of our processing of your information as well as objections to certain types of treatment. You have the right to object to all processing of personal data that is based on a balance of interests and you are always entitled to avoid direct marketing.

You also have the right to request that your data, in cases where they are based on consent or performance of a contract, be transferred to another person responsible, if the transfer is possible and can be automated (data portability).

Changes
In the event that this policy changes while we are still processing your personal information, we will notify you. If there is an important change in the treatment measures we take, such as if the information is to be provided, or if the change may otherwise have a relevant and significant impact on you, we will do so even before the new version begins to apply.
