App On Off can be installed on any iPhone and Android. The app simply works for all GSM-based alarm systems. Check out the frequently asked questions for help to install the app on off in a proper way.

What’s my Pincode?

– it’s your four-digit code you are using at home when you turn on and off your alarm system.

What should I fill in at Phonenumber?

In the alarmsystem there is a sim card which the alarm system uses to call your smartphone . This is the number you should write.

What should I fill in at Activate code?

The unique code for you alarmsystem should be written here. You can find this information in the instruction book or contact your supplier. If you have an alarm from Visonic you use the code: “TKB pincode”

What should I fill in at In-activate code?

The unique code for you alarmsystem should be written here. You can find this information in the instruction book or contact your supplier. The In-activate code and the Activate code is the same.  If you have an alarm from Visonic you use the code: “FK  pincode”

Is it secure to use this app for my home alarm system?

You should always follow the security guidlinces;

– Use a security code for your smartphone

-If you lose your smartphone, you should change the user code at the alarm system.

-Don’t let anyone you don’t trust use your smartphone.
